place my order?
Simply follow the on-screen instructions by adding items to your shopping basket and proceeding to the checkout once you have finished. If you do not have a debit or credit card to pay you can place your order by either email or phone and pay with a cheque or postal order. pay for my order?
You can pay using a credit or debit card via our secure online payment option.
Our secure online checkout with Worldpay automatically takes you through the procedure when you go to checkout after compiling your shopping order.
We also accept cheques and postal orders Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
We also accept payment through paypal. If using this option please complete your shopping cart as normal and then mail the total cost to paypal and quote your item number/s within the message section.

Is it safe
to order online?
Our site is 100% safe to order from. When ordering you are accessing an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server, and all information is encrypted. Added to this, all our e-mails are PGP encrypted for added security.
Sports Equipment UK do not keep any payment information on file. As soon as payment is authorised the website automatically deletes all payment details and we only keep delivery information on file.

How much
will the packing and postage be for my
order?
Postage and packing costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and quantity ordered. To calculate postage simply enter the checkout screen and view the calculated postage prior to entering your payment information. This will give you the option to cancel the transaction should you wish to do so.
Our site calculates postage in mainland UK rates.

How quickly
will you send my order?
Many of our items have free delivery. Those that require carriage costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We can also ship items to non UK destinations, If you are outside of England, Wales or South Scotland you must contact us to obtain a carriage quote prior to ordering as the checkout will auto calculate England, Wales and Scotland carriage charges

Our couriers phone all customers direct to book a convenient delivery schedule. Please ensure you include a correct phone number with your order.
We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days from receipt of the order and our couriers aim to deliver all items within 7 workings days from receipt of the order. Many times we are able to deliver within 1-2 working days but we ask you to allow upto 7 working days for delivery.

How do
I return goods if I change my mind?
Under the UK Distance selling Regulations (DSR) the customer has a legal right to be able to cancel an order and / or change their mind within 7 days from the date after receipt of goods. We ask that in the above circumstance that the customer notifies our office either via email (see contact us page) or in writing to our registered office address (see contact us page) within 7 days after the day of receipt of goods. We ask that the customer return the item/s in a good condition and either in original packaging or other suitable packaging. If the goods are returned in a damaged condition or unsuitable packaging we reserve the right to make a claim. The customer is responsible for all costs in returning the item/s to us.
All refunds are processed as soon as possible and in all events within 30 days
